PathOr Platforms built the AvA app as a Freemium app. This SERVICE is provided by PathOr Platforms at no cost and is intended for use as is.

We use Google Workspace APIs to provide certain features in our Service, specifically to perform actions on behalf of users, such as sending email, fetching calendar events, or creating events, may using the Meta LLaMA 3/Google Gemini/GPT 3.5 LLM model. We want to assure you that we do not use Google Workspace APIs to develop, improve, or train generalized AI and/or ML models.

Before accessing or using any data through the Google Workspace APIs, we obtain explicit user consent for specific tasks, such as sending email or fetching calendar events. We only use the data obtained through Google Workspace APIs to provide the specific features and services described in this Privacy Policy, and only to the extent necessary to perform the tasks authorized by the user.

We will delete Google user data upon request, or when it is no longer necessary to provide the specific features and services described in this Privacy Policy.
